Copthorne Hotel Manchester Salford Quays - Salford (Greater Manchester)

The location easy and decent to main roads motorways. Based near to the restaurant at breakfast as well as within 15min by Tram at the City Centre. Soft drinks at downstairs bar, very good service.

The location was decent and tranquil, within walking distance of Lowry Outlet Shopping Mall. There was a simple restaurant, a mall and a local store next door. Got great value room with view of waterfront, the...  

Plentiful and absolutely superb breakfast at 9.25, with decent food. Big size and airy rooms, reasonably priced, with the bedroom, a view of quay and really comfy beds.

The service they gave me at the reception was very good.

Its full English breakfast is a must, with lots of fine meals.

The room was spacious and clean. I found that breakfast was not served at the right temperature, and there could be improvements in the bar service speed. While the hotel was close to the tram station, the overall decor felt dated and could use a refresh.

Wonderful location overlooking the Salford Quays. Full british breakfast and british dinner of good quality. Competent and friendly staff who also make special requests possible (e.g. late check-out).

We book the same day we enter due to a problem with another hotel. We were allowed to enter the rooms before the time set for check in so that we could leave the bags and go for a walk. . The staff was very kind....

the thing I liked the most was the excellent service from arrival to departure

maybe a beer in the minibar would be a plus.

Clean affordable for city centre good public transport link within 2 min walk.

We officiate at a swimming event in the Quays each year and always stay at the Copthorne Hotel. On arrival the small, very pleasant and smiley receptionist was extremely helpful. She allocated us a lovely, quiet room and went out of her way to assist us and make our stay/event easy to manage. Please pass on our thanks to her.
